  • 1 week ago, a paper published in China reported that 33% of Covid-19 result in respiratory challenges and heart failure
  • This is not tested / in clinical trials for corona, but for reducing inflammation in general
  • Look at the different things that affect IL-6 levels
  • How to inhibit IL-6
  • Sage, oregano, bay leaves
  • Herbal extract in alcohol / soup
    • Anything that improves gut bacteria will reduce IL-6 – resistant starch
    • Probiotics
  • Vitamin D3, C
  • Unfair advantage formula – anything that increases mitochondrial function will help to reduce IL-6
