I’ve just listened to a superb podcast with Dr Jack Kruse and I felt compelled to share this with you. Here are my show notes and I highly recommend a listen. This will be mainstream in about 25 years’ time. Until then, it’s up to us to get to know about this! I was blown away by the content of this and it really helped to connect the dots between what I’ve been learning about the human body as an electrical system, an energy system, and how we are more electrical than most people will ever realise.

- 11.00 Trained as a Neurosurgeon, put on significant amount of weight. Prior to that was an athlete. Was provided conventional advice; exercise more, eat less. Gained more weight.
- 2005: Pain in right knee during Medical Doctor Foundation. One of the Orthopaedic surgeon’s wives recommended some books. Leptin Trials. Read papers and books and had a ‘come to Jesus moment’ – “The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari” – the story within the book was about a rich lawyer, went to Himalayan mountains, returned, lean, no longer an asshole.
- 2005/06 – Everything connected. Realised light is key to everything and circadian biology. Food isn’t the most important thing. Posted ideas. Presented insights to a “Food Guru” website (old guy) and Jack shared the document. “This document is way different to anything anyone has seen – but post it.”
- “The Leptin Prescription.” (From a neurosurgeon)
- Stress: the #1 stressor is light stress. Circadian biology is controlled by light. Blue light in phone and in hospital was causing cell damage. Blue light affected growth and metabolism pathways through the eye. He made up two prescriptions which he did on himself. In 3 months, burned 77 lbs. He was eating more than when he was fat, just different food, at different times of the day.
- Colleagues at hospital: “Dude, have you had surgery?”
- Started to get results with people with all kinds of health conditions. Was told by colleagues to put this out there. People on the internet applied it and started to get better.
- “Doctors are teachers. We’ve got away from that in Medicine” If you can help someone without putting your hands on them, that is much better.
- Son: “What the hell did you do?”
- The things that we deem to be progressive technologies are causing us so much harm. Computer screens / tablets / phones
- “Topologic Insulators” – Nobal price for medicine in Epigenetics.
- Epigenetics is controlled by light and topologic insulators !!!

- Mitochondria: bottom line is that electrons are the input. Electron-change transport.
- The science that controls electrons and light is Quantum physics
- Critics still haven’t understood what he’s talking about because their understanding is so below.
- Fast forward 10 years: 4-5 books, anyone can discover this truth.
- It generally takes 25 years to go from research to mainstream medicine. You haven’t got 25 years to figure this out!!!
- Most medicine is based in genetic paradigm
- Prior to 2007, everything is based on genes for cancer. That was blown up in 2007 by epigenetics.
- 2007 – theory of cancer being a genetic disease was blown out of the window
- Epigenetic is the software. What controls epigenetics? #1: Light.
- 32.00 STRESS: Any stressed cell – it releases low frequency UV light and is proportional to stress it gets. The more stress, the more light that is released. If your cells are losing light, there must be a mechanism built into you to absorb the low frequency light. If you’re putting electrical antennas on your head, you’re losing electrons. EMF antennas on ears and talks into one? Those things are discharge mammalian battery. You’re losing electrons. Einstein 1922 Nobel Prize. You can only collect and assimilate light when elections are present. The photo-electric effect. You must collect enough net negative charge. Connect to ground. Absorb sunlight. We assume we can absorb and assimilate light. Our environment is everything.
- Most people have no idea how mitochondria works (the battery of the cell)
- Doug Wallas: World’s expert in mitochondria.
- How do we know when a cell loses light? What is DNA code for? Proteins. When you’re stressed, a protein ubiquitin, when DNA unwinds, it releases low frequency UV light.
- Cells that are loaded with DHA – massive amounts of electric charge. When sunlight is made in the sun? Strong electrically magnetic fields enable us to retain the light.
- 600 million years ago. The first time a cell stole a bacteria to turn it into a mitochondria. Bacteria releases 5,000 times more light than our cells. What do you know about mitochondria? - LIGHT BULB: When you put yourself in cold water and eat fat, you lose weight. When you get fat, you’re eating too many carbs, not getting sufficient light on your skin or in your eyes.
- Stop tricking body as if it’s summer all the time. We’re the only mammal on the planet that controls its environment.
- “When I finish my causes in the operating room, I go and stand on the grass and reconnect with nature.” DO THIS!!
- Question: What is the proper absorption for light? Salt water? Surfing?
- BOOK: “The 4th phase of water” – Gerald Pollack. JK translated Russian Data. Also. Gilbert Ling. No one could understand it.
- When sunlight hits water, it turns it into a battery. The formation of exclusion zone. Charge separates negative and positive in water. Think electrons and protons. Water in house is bulk-phased water. Voltage not high. Put it in sun, it would have a huge net negative charge. Sunlight’s energy is located in the water.
- Sunlight’s energy is buried in the water. Water has a specific quantum process. Red Light cromafore. It absorbs more red light than anything else. Red light is REALLY important. What other band expands exclusion zone? UV light.
- If the battery is stronger – you can do more.
- UVA light – glasses block blue light.
- When you take UV light and IR heat – you’re making a really strong battery. InfraRed Sauna. Illness is when your battery is not well charged. When you have a higher exclusion zone you have a higher net negative charge. DHA comes from seafood (Book Epi Paleo RX – Marine Seafood Chain – 600million years ago.) DHA has physical finding. DHA can turn sunlight into DC voltage. Raises voltage and makes you net negative. When you have a higher net negative charge, everything becomes energised. DHA comes from seafood. - Illness is when battery is not well charged and you can’t do what you would normally do. Same as Dr Jerry Tennant!!
- WATER: water builds this charge. All the EMFs/ light from computer dehydrates you.
- Everything around you has RF frequencies and microwaves. What happens to that steak in the microwave? Shrivels up. This is what happens to us when exposed to EMFs and microwaves!!!
- “Your focus is in the wrong place. If you really wanna rampage, keep electrons right here. The more met negative charge you build in your brain, the faster you reverse inflammation.
- The more net negative charge I built in my brain, the less inflammation I had in my brain. Obesity is an inflammatory brain condition.
- Rabbit hole of quantum physics – cells and organisms.
- Fundamentals must get nailed. So many beliefs out there that block us from knowing what we need to know. When we can teach people on what to focus on, we can direct them to stuff that can change their life.
- You can do this without a scalpel. TEDx talk got pulled for being controversial. “It’s like doing brain surgery without a scalpel.”
- Prepare your body by eating the right foods to absorb the light.
- Eyes – perfect black box radiator. Let light in and out.
- Skin – skin is largest organ in the body. Skin and brain is connected in embryo. There are processes that connect brain and skin. Vitamin D and A do this. These are acted upon by UV light.
- One of the cool things about the eye – is that the eye has 4 different true functions;
- 1. Camera / Vision
- 2. Eye Clock: Controls central retinal pathway, wired to leptin receptor, that controls how well you handle electrons in the body.
- 3. Neuropsin opsin protein, / photo receptors / rhodopsin (2008). UVA light illuminator.
- 4th part of the eye: similar to structure of the building / body – collagen is #1 protein in the body. Acts like structural process of body. Eiffel Tower structure. If structure is bad, body diminishes. If someone is out of shape, how their body interacts with 4 physical forces in the universe. Main difference between fat and thin is how their collagen is electrified by sunlight and water.
- This is absorbed through your eyes. Fibre optic. Synapse on collagen receptors in the eye. All readers can google Myopia in Asians. 1960s – only 15% had myopia. Now, 97% – they’re all using gadgets, causes elongation in the eye. The whole body is tied to this, and so is the eyeball.
- When you have an elongated eye, near-sightedness. Myopia. Precursor for disease. Blue light hazard – we’ve known this for 20-30 years. Blue-light toxic. Microwaves and EMFs.
- Non-native EMF is a variety of different frequencies. Blue light is a damaging EMF. Get blue light glasses. Circadian biology. In the morning when sun rises, you have invisible light and infrared light. Blue light in the morning is very important. Turns on pertuitary gland. Releases hormones. Colour temperature is 1800 Kelvin. iPhone is 6500 Kelvin. If you’re checking phones / emails – this is a problem, and it’s magnified every day. This ruins pathways in your eye.
- “Celibacy Syndrome” – ruins testosterone and fertility. People addicted to technology are making fertility doctors rich – they’re putting these devices by your ovaries / reproductive areas.
- NATURE
- Salt water – bliss and powerful for the human body
- Leptin – hormone proxy in brain – electron counter. The more electrons you get from environment – grounding or sun, the less you need from food. Food breaks down to electrons from mitochondria. More light. Less food needed. Think of the sphinx. All four extremities grounded facing East. No clothes on top. Ancients had it right.
- Coffee dehydrates you
- LIGHT: Collagen links meridians to the sun. The skin is a solar panel – an accessory to the sun.
- We leach the most light from our fingertips, our toenails
- 1.03 DHA = shellfish – brain & immune system. They separate us from our nearest ancestor.
- 1.04 – Native Americans were the last to get this right. And we called the savages.
- Do you want to be alive or do you want to thrive? Now, people are just surviving.
- People now are just surviving. They’re not thriving.
- Social: Both parties are designed to control. Patterns out by Federal Government in 60s – Blue light damaging and used for control. Why did Obama change rules from analogue to digital? Patents out in 60s – they knew about blue light be able to control people.
- 1967 Radiation Control Act – took the burden of proof from corporations to people. Examples of EHS / Autoimmune disease – they can’t sue Verizon because of that act.
- Billy Tosan ran the FTC – 1996 Telecommunications Act – No company can ever be sued for any health issues.
- Andrew Murino documents everything we knew. You can tell that the government has been doing this. It’s the easiest way to control people.
- 1960s Patent – how to control brain waves and patterns with blue light through TVs
- Why do people want weed? When your brain is French fried by non-native EMFs? Your brain wants to be calmed.
- The world we live in now is like being in a metallic concert next to the huge big speaker.
- The key is you lose your fidelity – signal to noise ratio, your ability to connect to sun, to nature and the Earth’s magnetic flux – it’s reduced because of fake light and EMFs.
- 1.08: “Reduced Quantum Yield”
- Trees work on Photosynthesis – quantised process. If you covered a tree, 3 months later, you’d see it doesn’t produce oxygen.
- It’s exactly the same process
- Chlorafil in leaf and Haemoglobin in red blood cells – they’re the same molecule. Clorafil has magnesium and, haemoglobin has iron. They also absorb all frequencies of UV light.
- ADHD: Kids and laptops
- Health and Light – John Ott: Study in 1970s – took 2 classrooms. One with fake lights and one with real light and windows open. Kids with artificial light all had symptoms of ADHD. We’ve known about this since the 1960s and 70s. Time lapsed photographer. This effect is in plants.
- If it happens in plants, it happens in humans. Ott was studying this in the 70s.

- You can’t get mad at doctors – this is NOT taught in medical school. Jack Kruse did not learn this in Med School.

- When we observe reality in a non-linear fashion. All becomes clear.
- Light is both wave and particle. Light is the only thing in universe that breaks theory of relativity. It has a speed limit. What we observe to be reality would be different if it didn’t have a limit. The speed limit is what makes light really different. The faster it moves, the closer the speed of light the more wave like it is, the further away, the more particle it becomes.
