This perspective is designed to empower you or someone you know who has received the diagnosis.\u00a0<\/p><p>First up: I just want to acknowledge that you are likely feeling fearful, scared, and maybe hopeless at this stage. This diagnosis comes with quite a charge. After all, for our whole lives, we have been told something about this topic which is scary, to say the least. My aim is to instill in you hope on this subject, for your body to fully heal, as it is designed to. I want to remind you how powerful the human body is in healing itself, how immaculately and intelligently designed we are, with examples from my own life and holistic health coaching practice, research, and also supporting those with it &#8211; with great success. \u00a0(No, I&#8217;m not saying &#8220;I cure cancer&#8221; or &#8220;I have found the cure for cancer&#8221; &#8211; I&#8217;m offering a refreshing perspective.)<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">The subject of cancer fascinates me. I went on a deep quest in 2015 when I lost 3 friends to it (or rather the treatment for it) in the space of a year. \u00a0Just like I was suspicious of Modern Medicine in my mid-teens about the treatment I received for eczema (which lasted for 30 years), my father&#8217;s avoidable stroke (which, interestingly, was\u00a0<\/span><u style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\"><b><i>my<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/u><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Wake-Up Call), I got very curious (and suspicious) about cancer and carried out considerable research on the topic. I followed my intuition. An inner &#8220;knowing.&#8221; I wholeheartedly believe this topic has been over-complicated (<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">along with all chronic illnesses)<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">, and that the body wasn&#8217;t designed to be complicated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">I used to avoid this subject on my main social profile out of fear of upsetting or triggering someone. Now I consider what I have to say so important, important, and timely. \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">It&#8217;s not about creating more fear &#8211; far from it. it&#8217;s about lovingly suggesting to you to develop a new understanding and perspective of cancer. That, for me, is the key to reversing this naturally. Along with a strong desire and reason to go about what I consider an exciting and mind-expansive healing journey.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\">I hope this instills curiosity in you, too. For now: I invite you to suspend current beliefs, and instead, consider that there is&#8230; another way.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">I&#8217;ll assume you know nothing about me. Briefly: As with everyone I have met who works in holistic health, I come with my own story of reversing\/healing something that is supposedly &#8220;genetic&#8221; or even &#8220;incurable.&#8221; For me, as mentioned, it was eczema. You might think this has nothing to do with cancer. It does. The reason it does is that they both stem from the same underlying cause: <b><u>chronic inflammation<\/u><\/b>. \u00a0Since 2015, the focus of my client work has been chronic inflammation, and I&#8217;ve been supporting my clients reverse a wide variety of symptoms related to this one underlying cause. I attended two of his <a href=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/stepping-into-the-quantum-dr-joe-dispenza-day-one-round-two\/\">Advanced Retreats in Cancun, in 2022 <\/a>and witnessed\u00a0<\/span>spectacular results<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">, including advanced, Stage 4, and\u00a0<\/span>metastasised<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">\u00a0cancers. \u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">Many who reverse cancer holistically say\u00a0<b><u>&#8220;Cancer saved my life.&#8221;<\/u><\/b>\u00a0Their perception of cancer is very different from the mainstream view. \u00a0I have interviewed and researched those who healed themselves of cancer, and I have four episodes of natural cancer remissions on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecretpodcast.com\/episode-44-radical-remission-from-cancer-with-nicola-corcoran\">The Vitality Secret Podcast<\/a>. I asked each of them for their definition.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecretpodcast.com\/episode-44-radical-remission-from-cancer-with-nicola-corcoran\">Nicola<\/a>\u00a0(featured in Radical Remission) said her definition was &#8220;Toxicity and Deficiency.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">Sounds too simple doesn&#8217;t it?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">What if this subject has been over-complicated, with what we see in the mainstream domain being spearheaded by financial interests, not healing, and thus, putting profits before health?<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">What if the human body is a phenomenally powerful self-healing machine, and it&#8217;s up to us to figure out where we have created the imbalances? I&#8217;m not suggesting it&#8217;s &#8220;easy&#8221; by any stretch of the imagination from what I have discovered. With that said, many fundamentals of the human body are easy to understand. Our greatest challenge is, in the words of Yoda, is to &#8220;unlearn what we have learned.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7357a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d7357a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1570959581586.jpeg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-5390\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1570959581586-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1570959581586-300x300.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/1570959581586.jpeg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a924db4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a924db4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">And with that, once we have suspended all that we have learned, to research and simplify health as much as is feasibly possible.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">I don&#8217;t feel we were designed to be complicated, nor to need a PhD to grasp fundamentals. The best practitioners and healers I know how zero formal education. They get straight to the root and do\/advise as to what is necessary to rebalance the body. If I were to provide now examples of what I have witnessed in others, and have experienced myself, too, you might not even believe it at this stage. For now: consider Native American Medicine men and women, indigenous cultures, and what medicine used to be prior to 1910.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><b><u>Radical remissions from &#8220;incurable&#8221; illnesses are more common than most realise.\u00a0<\/u><\/b>\u00a0They appear rare because the mainstream media rarely, if ever, reports on natural remissions from cancer. This is one of many reasons I withdrew from mainstream media in 2015. I do not consider it useful or a reliable source whatsoever when it comes to health. That&#8217;s an understatement. That&#8217;s a whole topic and book in itself.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">A favourite quote of mine:\u00a0<i><b>&#8220;Your body\u2019s ability to heal itself is greater than you have ever been allowed to believe.&#8221;<\/b><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">The body does not get sick because of a chemotherapy deficiency\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">The body does not get sick because of a radiotherapy deficiency\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">And it does not get sick because of a lack of removal of essential organs and body parts.<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are known to cause cancer.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">I recently spoke with a woman who was recommended Tamoxifen after her breast cancer surgery. Did you know that Tamoxifen is a carcinogen? If you don\u2019t believe me, I suggest you look it up. She told me her oncologist advised her that the rate of return is around 50% &#8211; \u00a0so it\u2019s important to take that drug. I suggested that the reason for its return, is because\u00a0<b>conventional treatment does not address the root cause.<\/b>\u00a0(It never addresses the cause of any chronic dis-ease). In the case of cancer, when the tumour is removed &#8211; the tip of the iceberg &#8211; the stem cells are left, and the root cause is ignored. \u00a0It is worth noting it normally takes many years (which can be 10 years) for the tumour to develop into a detectable size. Since 2021, we have seen a surge in &#8220;turbo cancers.&#8221; A topic for another post. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><h2 style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: #36686b;\"><b>Cancer Is An Inflammatory &#8220;Dis-ease&#8221;<\/b><\/h2><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">This means,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/31997769\/\">chronic inflammation<\/a>\u00a0has a significant role to play in the development of cancer, under which lie its root causes. \u00a0Chronic inflammation indicates toxicity and\/or chronic stress in your body, and your immune system is on overdrive doing its best to protect you. I was able to heal eczema from within, by addressing inflammation, after 30 years of being prescribed steroids, prescription moisturisers, and antibiotics when flare-ups were severe. All of these &#8220;medicines&#8221; ignored entirely, the underlying cause. And all cause harm.\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3cf43e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"3cf43e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Immune-system-under-attack.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-5342\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Immune-system-under-attack-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vitalitysecret.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Immune-system-under-attack.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32420f14 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"32420f14\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h1><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">What is inflammation?<\/span><\/h1><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">Consider this simplified version: It is your immune system reacting to protect you from a threat, either a physical threat (toxin) or a perceived threat (in the case of chronic stress.) Our immune system goes on overdrive when something enters the body that it does not recognise, and\/or when the body is exposed to something that it considers &#8220;foreign&#8221; or &#8220;alien.&#8221; I refer to our immune system as our &#8220;army of defenders&#8221; &#8211; protecting us at all times. It&#8217;s a healthy immune response. If it didn&#8217;t happen, we would die. With that said, when the body is chronically exposed to foreign or alien intruders, the body will create a symptom depending on our genetic makeup. (Please note: I&#8217;m <b>not<\/b> saying &#8220;genetic disease&#8221; here.)\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\"><b>How else would we know that our body is out of balance or toxic? The body has to communicate with us somehow, or we would never know. <\/b>I compare symptoms the body presents to warning lights on your car dashboard. Symptoms invite us to &#8220;get under the hood&#8221; to address the root cause.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">This is what Functional Medicine and natural, holistic medicine approaches incorporate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">What is a toxin I hear you ask?\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Simply, that which is not in alignment with Nature and &#8220;The Nature Codes.&#8221; If you were to think of it like this, can you think of anything you have been exposed to recently (or not recently) that is potentially toxic or has something entered your body that is potentially toxic? If you can&#8217;t, some various forms of testing can reveal alien &#8220;intruders.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\"><b><u>A bold claim: If one embarks upon a cancer treatment\/journey without addressing the underlying cause (and the same goes for any other chronic inflammatory symptom), they are missing the point,<\/u><\/b> and even the <i>gift<\/i> in this diagnosis. Gift? Neil, how can you say that? It&#8217;s a horrific diagnosis&#8230; no? It is often spoken about how crisis leads to an awakening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">Please stay with me.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Cancer develops for a reason. And that reason can provide for profound healing and a brand new life journey. (If you don&#8217;t resonate with any of this, at least you&#8217;ve seen it. And&#8230;you&#8217;re here for a reason. I suspect you have been pointed in this direction, so I would say you&#8217;re at least curious and open at this stage.<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"66jm5\" data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">Just like most forms of dis-ease, I consider cancer, in at least 95% of forms of it, as no more than a <b>symptom<\/b> &#8211; <b>an advanced symptom<\/b> &#8211; of toxicity in the body and a compromised immune system. Very simply put, it\u2019s a result of<b> excessive toxicity in the body and\/or trapped emotions &#8211; aka trauma. <\/b>It is often spoken about how 90% of illness is rooted in chronic stress. Underneath that is unresolved trauma.\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">To go a little deeper, the uncontrolled proliferation of cancer cells is the cells craving oxygen. \u00a0The cells are trying to survive! They become under-oxygenated for several reasons. From a &#8220;body electric&#8221; standpoint (which is the backbone of my work and referenced at the end), cancer develops when cells reach a voltage of +30mV (highly acidic) compared with when they are healthy when they function at between -20mV and -25mV (and alkaline environment.) \u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Simply:\u00a0<\/span><\/div><blockquote><p><i>A characteristic of all chronic illnesses (including cancer) is a result of low VOLTAGE in an organ &#8211; <\/i>Dr Jerry Tennant.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">This means that there is not enough power reaching the affected organ. We can take our power back figuratively, and literally, by understanding our electrical systems.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\">The science of Epigenetics reveals that it&#8217;s the environment in the body that signals the genes, and thus the health of our cells, not the genes themselves that trigger an illness. This alone, is empowering &#8211; it puts us back into the driving seat to heal ourselves.\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"66jm5\" data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><blockquote><div data-offset-key=\"f7s5m-0-0\"><i><b>&#8220;Your body&#8217;s ability to heal withOUT drugs is greater than Western Medicine has ever allowed you to believe.&#8221;<\/b><\/i><\/div><\/blockquote><\/div><div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"66jm5\" data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">Between 2 to 5% of the population are born with genes that are &#8220;defective&#8221; or are &#8220;fully penetrant,&#8221; which means that in that proportion of the population, the environment kept in the body doesn&#8217;t play such a pivotal role &#8211; if any.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">This is in accordance with what I have read from Dr Bruce Lipton (Biology of Belief, who recently featured my latest book, The Vitality Code, in his September 2023 newsletter) and Dr Joe Dispenza, and many other sources I consider truly credible.<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">So what influences the environment in the body? What we consume, what we don&#8217;t consume, (so much of what is conventionally \u201chealthy\u201d is not healthy). What toxins are we exposed to? When it comes to food, truly healthy and anti-inflammatory food normally means avoiding 90% of what you find in grocery stores. Consider, instead, aligning with Nature, and avoiding anything fake, fried, artificial, man-made, man-altered &#8211; GMOs &#8211; anything laced in pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides etc. \u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">From a dietary perspective (one of several areas to address), this is about the removal of all forms of toxins and instead, consuming actual fuel. True food. And clean, energised water, is essential.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">Our essential cell fuels are 1) oxygen, 2) water, 3) nutrients, and 4) we must be able to eliminate waste aka detoxify. Our cells also require sunlight, sleep, and grounding.\u00a0<\/span><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">Take <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NeilCannon1980\/videos\/1298861887377769\/\">Mark Restivo<\/a>, who I recently had on my podcast. He reversed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/NeilCannon1980\/videos\/1298861887377769\/\">Stage 2 Lymphoma in less than 2 months<\/a> through thorough detoxification across all angles of health, and refuelling his body, again, across all angles of health. I helped him to do this, along with others, including a healer I recommended him. It was a team effort.\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\"><b>Environmental toxins\u00a0<\/b><\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/div><div data-offset-key=\"2uneg-0-0\">What toxins are we exposed to? We are affected by environmental toxins (chemicals, fumes, asbestos, water supply, EMFs etc), how physically active we are (or not), our emotional state, our mental state, and whether we&#8217;re harbouring toxic emotions \/ trapped emotions \/ mental trauma. How we perceive the world has a significant impact on our biology. This is the last area for most, if they go there at all, and is likely the deepest component of anyone\u2019s healing journey. The great news: you don&#8217;t have to revisit trauma, and you can release the energy somatically. I use a process called The Emotion Code. I would test my body for toxins using quantum technology such as bio-resonance scans (featured last week) to help to take the guesswork away from determining the root cause. These devices will pick up major toxins, such as mercury in the mouth, or an infected root canal, or a parasite, or mould, or a spike protein from the last Covid medical intervention (a colossal subject in itself). The moment we can determine what the potential toxins are, the moment we can start to detoxify. \u00a0I would also talk with anyone who has reversed cancer holistically, and\/or listen to interviews with those who have done it to gain an understanding of how they did it. (Oxygen is our cells&#8217; #1 fuel.)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"caret-color: #222222; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">&#8220;Am I drinking the purest of water money can buy, as if it&#8217;s straight from a spring?&#8221; (#2 cell fuel)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"caret-color: #222222; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">&#8220;And I eating as Nature intended?&#8221; (#3 cell fuel &#8211; nutrition) &#8211; a big topic &#8211; ultimately, organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, preferably grain-free, no refined sugar, no alcohol, limit caffeine, nutrient-rich, anti-oxidant rich, micronutrient-rich etc. The Gerson Institute has a high success rate of cancer remission predominantly via vegetable juicing and coffee enemas. Veggie juicing provides for high dosages of micronutrients to enter the bloodstream and coffee enemas clean the gut, liver and blood &#8211; and much more. They use other protocols, too. \u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">&#8220;Am I\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; caret-color: #222222;\">detoxifying my body through sweat, daily?&#8221; (our cells must detoxify daily, the lymphatic system requires for the body to move to detoxify via the lymphatic system. (This alone, is a big one,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif; font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #222222;\">particularly with news of such a diagnosis)<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/div><div><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #222222;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1rem;\">I always recommend 3 resources always to people who have had a cancer diagnosis. This is ultimately about self-education, and doing your best to not get overwhelmed. I do my best to simplify so as to not overwhelm. That said, I can understand that if you have had a recent <\/span><\/span>diagnosis, you are likely in a place of fear, and feel the need for urgent action. Consider how long it has taken to develop. Ask what your runway is. Even then, I&#8217;d get multiple opinions, not just from one oncologist. If you have months to consider natural medicine, I would not hesitate to start to detoxify, now, across all angles of health, and embark upon your natural healing path. You might just have the most incredible awakening, as most do when they are met with such a crisis.
